Creed Fragrances have been a must for true fragrance aficionados for over two centuries. The House of Creed was founded in 1760, London by perfumer James Henry Creed. Queen Victoria was so taken with its scents that soon she appointed Creed the official perfumer of the British Court. Royal fans have included Napoleon III, Empress Eugenia and Queen Christina of Spain.
In 1854, the House of Creed moved to Paris, where it has since created more
than 200 exclusive original and hand-made perfumes for a select clientele.
Unlike most other fine fragrances, which have their roots in couture, Creed
fragrances are created by members of the family who are trained in the art
of perfumery. All creations are originally based and contain no synthetic copies
of natural scents. Each unique fragrance contains the highest percentage of
natural ingredients in the French perfumery industry. Creed fragrances capture
the essence of living plants, flowers and fruits in minimalistic bottles that
are elegant in their simplicity.
